Ballinagore Rounders
We play Limekiln A of Dublin this Sunday at 12 Noon in Ballinagore. We play Limekiln B in Ballinagore on Wednesday 26th June at 7.30pm, also in Ballinagore.
Lotto
The numbers drawn this week were 5, 10, 17 and 20. There was no jackpot winner and no-one matched three numbers. Next weeks jackpot will be €8,860. The lotto is our main fundraiser and we would encourage everyone to support it.
Under 12 Football League
We traveled to Hogan Park, Moate, last Wednesday evening to take on the home side in the league. The evening was very wet and it rained throughout the game. Our lads started the game smartly and made the first few attacks but had no luck in front of goal. Gradually, the home side got into their stride and started to pick off a few scores. We struggled until half-time and found ourselves behind by 1-06 to 0-01. The lads emerged a totally different team in the second half and tore into our opponents right from the throw in. We dominated this half for large spells and put some great scores on the board. In the end, we fell just short of getting a positive result from this game, however the team played extremely well especially in that second half. Final Score: St. Malachy's/Ballinagore 2-07 Moate All Whites 2-11.
