Westmeath boss Jack Cooney is hopeful that Kieran Martin will be available for Sunday week's Allianz Football League Division 2 top-of-the-table clash with Armagh.
Last year's captain has been sidelined since suffering a foot injury on the eve of the Lake County's O'Byrne Cup semi-final against Offaly a month ago.
"I think Kieran might be in the mix, Ger Egan is still a little bit away to be honest," Cooney told the Irish Daily Star after yesterday's win over Fermanagh.
"Jamie Gonoud will be back in the mix and Sam (Duncan) will be in the hat (after coming on) today."
