Dinner Dance
Clonkill Hurling & Camogie Club’s Dinner Dance took place on Friday the 1st of March 2019.
This was a fantastic night enjoyed by young and old.
Our Senior Team, Junior and Under 21 Team were presented with their medals.
It was great to be able to honour so many of the 1969 Team and to remember those which are no longer with us that played on this great team.
An added bonus on the night was that the Minor Camogie Team were presented with their championship medals.
We would like to thank Bertie Dunne and the staff of the Annebrook House Hotel for the professional service on the night.
Everything was top notch as always.
We would like to thank Martin Fogarty who was our Guest of Honour on the night.
Special word of thanks to Oliver Scally, Jimmy Cribbin, Declan Leonard and the Clonkill Hurling Committee who organised the night. With so many presentations, they had this organised so well and the medal presentation ran off very well and without a hitch.
We would also like to thank the following people for their kind donations for the raffle:
Grace Kelly Hairdresser, Cathy Sheerin Physio, Wilfs Clothing, Audrey Barrett Solicitor, Declan Leonard, Paul Folan, O’Reilly Fitzsimons, Sheefin Florist, Annebrook House Hotel and Clonkill Camogie Club
Congratulations to Shane Power who received Player of the Match in the Senior Final, Niall Mitchell who received player of the Match in the Under 21 Final and to Ciaran Nolan who received player of the match in the Junior Final.
