Club Lotto

Please support our Club Lotto as this supports the day to day costs of running the club. Club lotto envelopes can be got from any of the local shops and pubs, at Bingo on Monday nights or from any of the committee members. The Lotto draw takes place every Monday night during bingo in the local Community Centre. The Cost is just €2 a ticket. Currently the Jackpot stands at €2,710. There was no winner of last weeks jackpot where the winning numbers were 8,16, 25 and 27. 20 euro winners on the night were Margaret Corcoran, Liz Cahill and Peter McDermott - well done to all

Dunnes Stores Mullingar Bag Pack

St. Pauls GFC are having a fund raising bag pack in Dunnes Stores Mullingar on the weekend of May 18th and 19th. Over the next few weeks we will be looking for volunteers to help out packing bags for a couple of hours on either theFriday or the Saturday. We will need about 30 people to give an hour or two and the more volunteers we get the easier is will be on everyone so please help us if you can.

Club membership

Club membership fees are now overdue. Membership can be paid to any of the committee members. If you are not registered you cannot play or train for Insurance reasons.

Juvenile details

Our indoor nursery continues this coming Friday evening in the Clonmellon Community Centre from 7-7:45pm. This is our last night of the indoor nursery before we move outdoors. Thanks to all the children who attended the Nursery over the last few weeks - we hope they all enjoyed it as much as we did.

U-6 training will be starting in the next few weeks depending on weather, please keep an eye on our Facebook page for more details. Training for our U-8's, 10's and 12's have now resumed and will be held at our club grounds everyMonday night from 7-8pm. Details of our U-14 and U-16 training will be sent out each week via text by the coaches and as with all our teams, new players are more than welcome to join.

Hard luck to the St. Pauls-Delvin U-14 Footballers who were narrowly beaten in their two Feile qualifier games in Kilbeggan last Saturday. In the opening game our lads lost out by 3 points in a keenly contested game against Kilbeggan/St. Joseph's who are operating in a division higher than us. Again in the second game we played some excellent football but eventually lost out by 4 points against Cill Oige (Rosemount-Castledaly) who are also operating from a higher division in the league. So it was two good performances against two good teams in the end which will give the lads good experience for 2018 going forward. Well done again to the 18 players who made the trip over and to Ray & the rest of the coaching team. Team: Senan O Driscoll, Sean Hoctor, James Murtagh, Tommy Collins,Darragh Reilly, Diarmuid Reilly,Rory Carolan, Oisin Kelly, Seb McPherson, Tiernan Purcell, Jamie Kelly, Karl McCormack, Dean Quinn, Tommy Flynn, Kyle Flynn, Cathal Cully, Cormac Tormey, Sean Mulvaney. Our U-14's next game is this coming Thursday April 12th against Tyrellspass in Tyrellspass at 6:30pm. Best of luck  to the players and coaching team.

Well done to our U-16 footballers tonight on their first football game of the year against Inny Shamrocks in Ballinacargy. Our final score as we had it was 1-7 to 2-4 (a draw) but the referee had it as a 1 point win for Inny Shamrocks. It was a great performance by the lads considering it was their 1st game of the year and it bodes well for the season ahead.
Team - Adam Mulvany, Oisin Kiernan, Aaron Fenlon, Conor Fenlon, Joshua Doherty, Conor Norton, Jamie Reilly, Ben McCormack, Jody Browne, Oisin Moroney, Rohan Morley, Mark Cully, Ryan Forde, Conor Rennicks, Tomas Collins.

U-16 training continues this coming Thursday evening, a text will be sent out with further details.
