Castledaly GAA notes

September 11, 2017

Underage News
Our under 6 players took part in a blitz in Moate on Saturday 9th September. They played two games against Tubber and Caulry. The Castledaly players were very enthusiastic and displayed the skills that they have been practicing all year despite the inclement weather. Many thanks to Moate All Whites for hosting the blitz and for the refreshments provided to children and adults.
Our under 10 team was also in action on Saturday in the annual Larry Nugent Memorial Cup in Caulry. We played against Tubberclair, Moate and Ballymahon in challenging conditions and although results did not
go our way on this occasion the players and coaches can be proud of their efforts. Each player received a medal for taking part.  Many thanks to Caulry for their hospitality.
