The Waterford senior hurling championship resumes this weekend as the race to complete the campaign begins in earnest.
The SHC must be completed before October 29th in order for the county to have representatives in the Munster club senior hurling championship.
Whoever comes out of Waterford will face the Tipperary champions in the opening round, but to do so, they will be in action six weeks in a row beforehand.
It is a race against time to complete the SHC and given that there are a number of dual clubs involved, it will not be easy to complete the campaign on time.
