There were four games down for decision this afternoon.
In hurling, the Leinster SHC quarterfinal between Dublin and Galway took place at Croke and this preceded the meeting of the Dubs and Longford in the provincial football campaign.
The Munster SFC continued as Tipperary hosted Waterford at Semple stadium, while up in Ulster, Antrim headed to Brewster Park where they faced Fermanagh.
The action continued throughout the afternoon and we were there for every minute of each game.
