Waterford manager Michael Ryan is expecting a number of his injured stars to return shortly.

The Munster side are without up to six players at the moment, all of whom are currently on the treatment table.

However, Ryan believes that he will have the majority of those players available for selection ahead of the clash against Clare on June 17th.

"There's five or six fellas due back, they won't all get on the team, but they will certainly improve our hand and improve our options," Ryan admitted to the Waterford News & Star.

Among the more established stars on the treatment table are Wayne Hutchinson, Richie Foley and Noel Connors. Tweet
