Waterford ace John Mullane will not be available for the remainder of his county's Allianz National Hurling League campaign as he prepares for his wedding tomorrow week.

Mullane gets married next Friday and will miss Sunday's game against Offaly as manager Davy Fitzgerald gives the De La Salle man time to prepare for the nuptials.

He is also set to be absent for the Deise men's final league game against champions Galway on April 17 as he will be on his honeymoon in Mauritius, however, he will be back in time should Waterford reach the Division One final on the May Bank Holiday weekend. Tweet
