St Brendans London Club Notes
August 23, 2010Unfortunately the problems with the seniors continued into last weekend.
After a major disappointment in the championship against Tir Chonaill Gaels, we could not field in the league fixture against KKG. This has been due to a large amount of players being unavailable for different reasons.
There is no fixture arranged for this weekend. However training continues on Tuesday and Thursday night in preparation for the last championship match and further league games.
Training continues at Busch Corner, Isleworth on Tuesday and Thursday at 7:00 for 7:30.
All new players are welcome to attend.
St. Brendan's GFC is holding its annual golf day at Thorney Park Golf Course (www.thorneypark.com) on Saturday 4th September.
The day begins at 11.00 am with coffee and bacon rolls with the first tee off following at 11.30.
The day will end with an evening meal and presentation. Both team and individual prizes will be awarded on the night.
The entry fee is £200 per team of four. As ever your support for this event is greatly appreciated.
