Seniors:
Last Sunday we went out to play Saint Brendans in the final group game of the championship and what would normally be a tight game against the Brendans turned out to be a non contest.
The Gaels finished with a healthy 3-23 to 0-0 which done neither team any good with the exception that we are through to the semi finals.
As they say you can only beat what's put in front of you and it was evident the result in no doubt after fifteen minutes.
Now we can prepare ourselves for a semi final meeting with the Parnells on the weekend of 11th/12th September.
The team and scorers on Sunday were as follows; B Mc Brearty, H Cunningham, P Callaghan, R Walsh, G Mc Evoy, S Campbell 0-2, D Mc Greevy 0-1, K Morrow, B Friel, D Houston 0-1, M Sweeney 0-8, D Alcorn, K Mc Menemin 1-7, K Downes 1-0, L Gavaghan 1-2. Subs, N Quinn 0-1, A Concannon, S Gormley 0-1, K Boyd & S Boyle. 

Fixtures:
This Saturday 21st August the senior team play Neasden Gaels in the League at Greenford with a 4.30pm throw-in.
On Sunday the Reserve team have a championship match against the Tara in Greenford with a 1pm throw-in.
 
Best Wishes:
The club would like to pass on our best wishes to former physio and fitness coach David Joyce who is leaving his post at Blackburn Rovers to take on the job at Turkish side Galatasaray.
