Tyrone have been dealt a major blow ahead of next weekend's All-Ireland football qualifier against either Monaghan or Armagh with the news that Peter Harte is out with a broken wrist.

The half back sustained the injury while playing for Errigal Ciaran against Augher in a club game on Friday night and is expected to be sidelined for several weeks, which means he could miss the remainder of the Red Hands' championship campaign.

Facile winners over Louth last weekend, Tyrone will discover who their All-Ireland qualifier second round opponents are when Monaghan and Armagh replay their Ulster SFC semi-final in Clones this afternoon.
