Tyrone talisman Brian Dooher is on course to face Monaghan in the NFL on March 7.

The workaholic O'Neill County No.10 has resisted the urge to retire by committing himself to an incredible 16th intercounty season. He's unlikely to be fit for Sunday's clash with Mayo but could feature in Inniskeen three weeks later.

According to Tyrone boss Mickey Harte: "I hope we see him pretty soon.

"I don't think it will be in the Mayo game, but maybe when March comes, if he continues to make the progress that he's making, then hopefully we could see him in that famous number again." Tweet
