The corner back will be unavailable for the Premier County's trip to Nowlan Park on Sunday after breaking his hand in a club match.
The Borris-Ileigh clubman sustained the injury on Sunday when lining out against North Tipp rivals Templederry Kenyons.
Stapleton - who missed the entire 2012 league campaign through injury - is expected to be back in time for the Premier County's Munster SHC opener against Limerick on June 9th. Tweet
