Padraic Maher has emerged as a doubt for Tipperary ahead of Sunday's HL Division 1 showdown against Kilkenny in Nowlan Park.

The Irish Independent reports that the All Star defender picked up an arm injury on club duty for Thurles Sarsfields against JK Brackens on Saturday.

If he fails to prove his fitness, it is anticipated that Conor O'Mahony will revert to centre-back with Paul Curran returning to the full-back position.
