Liam Sheedy is to wait until after this Saturday's Fitzgibbon Cup final to decide what Tipperary 15 will start against Kilkenny in the eagerly-waited NHL Division One clash at Thurles.

Tipp will have six players involved in Friday's semi-finals when hosts NUI Galway take on Limerick IT (12.00pm) and Waterford IT play University Limerick (2.00pm). Both games are in Dagan.

Seamus Callan of Limerick IT has already confirmed to the Tipperary boss that he is willing to play three games in as many days if needs be, although he has admitted that it isn't the ideal situation.

Seamus Hennessy will be hoping to help NUIG to a scalp over Limerick IT, while Willie Ryan, Paddy Stapleton, John Devane and Mikey Heffernan are all apart of the UL set-up. Tweet
