Tuesday nights refixed NHL clash of Kilkenny and Tipperary is again under threat from the weather as Met Eireann forecasts possible snow for the Thurles area.

With no admission fee or television coverage a huge crowd was expected to attend this meeting of age old neighbours, also a repeat of last years All Ireland final clash.

Weather forecasters are at this stage unsure if the predicted rain will turn to snow and with many complaints made concerning the lateness of the decision to abandon last Saturday nights event, expect an early Tuesday Croke Park ruling on the matter. Tweet
