Calls for clubs to register

The Sligo County Board has made a plea for the clubs to register for the 2008 campaign as even though the season is nearing an end, a number of clubs have failed to do so.
The fee for registration is minimal and can be done online, while insurance officer Mick Burke can also take monies owed by clubs as the county board bids to make sure that every club is covered.
From next year, clubs that fail to pay their registration fees could see themselves expelled from all competitions for the calendar year.
