Sligo under-16 footballers will take on Westmeath in this year's Fr Manning Cup final at the Longford Slashers Grounds on Wednesday, August 11th.

In what was a disappointing year for the county's senior team, the future certainly looks bright as the next generation of youngsters make their mark.

Sligo will be looking to make amends for their recent defeat to Roscommon in the Ted Webb Cup final that was played in Ballyhaunis on Monday, August 2nd. Tweet
