Sligo SFC champions Tourlestrane face a tricky assignment in the group stages of the 2010 Championship, the draw for which was held last weekend.

Tourlestrane, who saw manager Anthony Brennan depart to take charge of Mayo side Moy Davitts, will take on St Mary's and local rivals Tubbercurry in Group 2.

Group 1 sees St John's, Calry/St Joseph's and Curry face off, the 2009 beaten finalists Eastern Harps take on Coolera/Strandhill and St Molaise Gaels in Group 3 and Intermediate kingpins Geevagh take on Shamrock Gaels and Ballymote in Group 4.

The first round will take place on the weekend of July 24/25 with the quarter-finals slated for August 28/29, the semi-finals two weeks later and the 2010 showpiece scheduled for September 26. Tweet
