The First Draft of the 2010 Master Fixture Calendar will be available shortly on the Club's website. All underage coaches must now have the vetting form completed; this is also available from the County Board's website and must be returned immediately to any committee member.
Club AGM
The St. Mary's AGM takes place this Sunday evening at 8pm in the Clubhouse. All Club members are invited to attend.
Minor
The minor side played County Champions, Curry, at home last Sunday morning in the second round of the Division 1 League and put in a good performance as they drew on a scoreline of St. Mary's 3-5 Curry 2-8. Caolan O'Hehir notched some good scores for the home side. The next game is scheduled for Sunday February 28th away to Tubbercurry. Training for full panel continues this week.
Senior
The new season commences this weekend with the first round of the Kiernan Cup. St. Mary's face Drumcliff/Rosses Point on Saturday next at Kent Park (Throw-in 4.00pm). Training continues on Tuesday and Friday evenings with all Senior Panellists expected to attend.
County Scene
Mark Breheny, Johnny Davey and Steven Coen were prominent performers for Sligo as they defeated Louth in the second round of the NFL on a scoreline of Sligo 1-14 Louth 2-10. With time almost up, Steven and Johnny popped up with the equalizing and winning scores respectively.
