If the odds are to be believed, all St Brigid's have to do is show up for tomorrow's Roscommon SFC final against St Faithleach's - and Rossies manager John Evans agrees.

"Faithleach's have six or seven very good players, and while physically they're very light, they tackle tremendously hard and all 15 work extremely hard for each other," the Kerry native explained to The Irish Independent.

"While they have struggled through and they've had a draw and a replay with Roscommon Gaels, and an unusual finish with Pearses, they've still survived to reach the final.

"On the other side of it, Brigid's have run over teams. They're a physically strong team with huge size and good footballers.

"They're after being strengthened now with Paddy Mulvihill, who's got county experience with Westmeath, joining them.

"You'd expect Brigid's to win it comfortably."
