Supporters' clubs set to merge
September 10, 2014The Roscommon GAA supporters club in Dublin and Club Rossie are set to merge in order to strengthen their fundraising opportunities.
The two groups and members of the county boards have sat down in recent weeks to discuss a merger and an EGM is set to be held on October 13th to form the new alliance.
The Roscommon GAA Supporters' club in Dublin was formed in 1980 and has been running ever since, while Club Rossie was formed in more recent times.
