Senior football
Pearses Adult Footballers had a mixed fortune last week with the Junior A footballers being beaten by Castlerea in the Junior A Championship on Saturday. While on Wednesday last The Seniors had an important win over Roscommon Gaels in the O Rourke Cup. The relegation play-off with Western Gaels is to be played on the 28th or 29th of August and our final league game against Castlerea is on the following weekend. Training continues this week for all players and U21s.

Under 12 Hurling
The Under 12 hurlers had a good start back after the mid summer lay up with good wins over Four Roads and Athleague mid week and will Play Oran on Wed in Woodmount.

Under 12 Football
The Under 12 football A championship will get under way for Pearses next weekend with the boys due to play Roscommon Gaels on Sunday in Pairc an Phiarsaigh. The Under 12 B team is due to play St Aidens B the day after also at home.

Lotto
The Club Lotto Jackpot of over €13,000 was won by Sorocha Ni Shaorai from Taylorstown last weekend. The numbers drawn were 4,10,14,20, there were 5 match three winners.
