EASTER SPORTS CAMP
Our annual Easter camp will take place in St Brigids from Tuesday 6th to Friday 9th April so if you are looking for something to occupy the kids during the easter break contact Kieran on 087 9093149 to book your place cost for week €30 per child, €50 for 2 children, €60 for 3 children come along and enjoy our multi sport camp Football, Soccer, Basketball and other fun activites.
TRADITIONAL MUSIC NIGHT
Come and join us next Saturday night 20th March for a night of Céol agus Craíc in the clubhouse bar all musicans, singers and dancers welcome finger food on the night.

St Brigids 1-13 P Pearses 0-07
Our senior men opened their league campaign with a comfortable win over Pearses in Kiltoom on Friday night. Brigids started brightly with a point from play from John Tiernan but Pearses took over kicking 4 points from play before Tiernan kicked another excellent point. A David O'Connor free and a point from Garvan Dolan were matched by 2 points from play by Pearses to end the first half leaving Pearses leading 0-06 to 0-04. The second half turned out to be a surprisingly one sided affair with Brigids dominating kicking 6 points without reply with 3 from David O'Connor, 2 from Richie Blaine and one from substitute Dermot O'Connor before Pearses kicked their only score of the second half. From here until the final whistle Brigids again took over with scores from David O'Connor (2) and Dermot O'Connor before a good move was finished to the net by Darren Dolan to wrap up the win. A good start from the home side especially in the second half with some very good performances with Garvan Dolan outstanding in midfield.

MINOR LEAGUE
St Brigids 1-09 P Pearses 2-05
After an excellent game of football in ideal conditions on Sunday morning in Kiltoom our minor lads recorded a very good win over our neighbours. This was a great performance by the lads and only a last gasp goal from Pearses kept the winning margain to a single point.
Training this week on Tuesday and Thursday nights at 8pm all players please attend new players welcome.
