U-21 championship
St Brigids 0-04 P Pearses 0-04,
In a game played in awful conditions in Woodmount on Sunday it was fitting that both these sides get another chance to make the final of the competition. Brigids played with the elements in the first half but despite the strong swirling wind scores were proving difficult to come by, Eoin Sheehy opened Brigids account with a point from a free before two excellent Cathal Mc Hugh scores from play had Brigids three in front but then Pearses scored a very well worked point. A long range Robbie Gilligan point via the crossbar finished the first half scoring.
The second half was a very entertaining affair with Pearses kicking a good score from play in the first minute but again the conditions meant this was going to be a low scoring game, Pearses eventually drew level in dying minutes to ensure a replay in Kiltoom on Saturday next at 2pm.

Minor Ladies,
Our Minor ladies were knocked out of the championship by a very strong Strokestown side in Kiltoom on Sunday morning in the semi -final, the club would like to thank the players and the management for their commitment during the year.
St Brigids Coaching Draw
The Coaching draw which was due to take place on Friday night last had to be postponed and will now take place on Friday 18th December in the clubhouse as part of this night we will also have an Open Mike night where all local "talent" can take the stage. It is essential that all club officials, players and members put in a massive effort over the next couple of weeks as the success of this Draw will determine the level of coaching the club can provide for all ages over the coming year tickets 20 excellent prizes please support.

Indoor Girls Coaching;
We are starting an Indoor Winter Coaching Programme this week U-8 and U-10 girls on Tuesday 24th Nov ember at 7pm and on Thursday 26th November at 7.30pm for U12 and U-14 girls.
