The minor club held a very successful and enjoyable sponsored walk on Saturday morning. The young players that raised the money and completed the walk are a credit and should be very proud of themselves. The club thanks everyone who contributed to the walk. The minor club also thanks Sean Boland, Clare Caslin, Paddy O Rourke, Eibhlin Earley and Peter Joe Fitzmaurice for their help in organising the walk. Anyone with cards not returned please return to Brian Carroll before this weekend. The night at the dogs took place on Saturday night last in Mullingar. The winner of the ?1000 in the buster draw was the one and only Peter Joe Fitzmaurice. Christy Carney and Mary King were also successful in the raffle on the night. The club thanks everyone who bought tickets and attended on the night. The club also thanks anyone else who helped out in any way on the night.
