Roscommon club set for TV

November 20, 2008
Next year's Celebrity Bainisteoir will be of great interest to Roscommon folk as intermediate side St Michael's will be among the participants. The club have been in the intermediate ranks since 1993 and were beaten in this year's semi final by eventual winners Kilbride, so they have a decent pedigree in this grade. St Michael's chairman John Moffat said: "We're very excited about it. Hopefully the whole community will row in behind it. The players are looking forward to the experience." The show is set to be aired from next March 22nd and will be shown on Sunday evenings at 6.30pm. Other clubs already confirmed are Cuala Casement (Dublin, Glasdrumman (Down), Rockwell Rovers (Tipperary), and St Pat's (Limerick).
