Eire Og club notes
November 17, 2008
The under-21's clash with St. Croan's did not go ahead at the weekend. However as a result of Strokestown's draw with Boyle on Saturday, our side's hopes of progress in the competition have gone. It's unclear at the time of writing if our outstanding fixture with Croan's will be played or not.
A three-man committee of Kevin Conry, Pat Doory and Jimmy Nolan has been formed to search for a manager of the Intermediate men's team for the coming year. Anyone with an interest in the position or anyone who is aware of individuals who wish to be considered for the role is asked to contact any member of the aforementioned committee.
The club hopes to sell a number of .ire "g jerseys, both adult and under-age, in the run up to Christmas. Those who wish to place an order for them are asked to contact the PRO on 087-9336104 within the next week.
