Coughlan named as minor hurling manager

Double All-Ireland hurling winner Ger Coughlan has been named as the new manager of the Offaly minor hurling squad in his second spell in charge.
Coughlan was previously manager of the minor hurlers in 1996 and 1997 when they reached the Leinster final only to be defeated by rivals Kilkenny.
The Kinnitty clubman takes over from Johnny Dooley who has taken up the offer to become coach of the Westmeath senior hurling team for the coming year.
