Mark Ferncombe starts ahead of Liam Lawlor as Waterford make just one change for Sunday's Allianz Football League round 2 tie against Offaly at O'Connor Park, Tullamore.

Ferncombe impressed when introduced as a substitute for the injured Lawlor in the opening half against Wicklow last Saturday.

The Deise are currently the only unbeaten intercounty football team in the country and will be aiming for their sixth straight win of the season.
