G.A.A CLUB NOTES

LOTTO
The numbers drawn in last Monday [01ST March] night's Lotto were 05 16 17 21 . There was no Jackpot Winner and 3 Match 3 winners [Esther Bolton C/O Pauric Pierce; Mary Hinch C/O Dayna Hinch; Danielle Fogarty C/O Caruthers] [€70 Each]. Next Week's Jackpot is €3,000 and the draw will take place in Direen's Cloneygowan on Monday 08th March.
SUPPER DANCE
Raheen GAA are holding a Supper Dance & Presentation of Medals to the all conquering League & Championship winning Raheen Hurlers on Friday 19th March 2010 at 8:00pm in the Bridge House, Tullamore. Music will be provided by Lightening Strikes. Tickets are priced at €25 and can be obtained from any of the following committee members: John Garry, John Hackett, Eddie Kaye, Pauric Pierce, Owenie Connor, Matthew O'Byrne, Ray Garry, Shane Carroll, Paddy Bracken, Ger Plunkett, Padraig Direen, P J Corcoran, Niall Carthy, Declan Costello, Brendan Byrne & Sean Carthy.
HURLING LEAGUE
Raheen Hurlers get their's and the club's playing campaign for 2010 under way with their opening game in Div 3 of the League as they take on Edenderry in Edenderry this Saturday (06th March) at 4pm. All support would be appreciated.
FOOTBALL LEAGUES
Raheen Footballers will get their playing campaign underway on the weekend after next. Details of fixtures to follow.
TABLE QUIZ
A Table Quiz is being organised by Tommy Spollen to raise funds for Child Aid on this Friday 05th March in the High Chaparel, Geashill . A Table of 4 costs €40. All support would be appreciated.
GET WELL WISHES
The club would like to wish a speedy recovery to David Crombie and Mick Guinan following their recent illnesses.
MEMBERSHIP
Members are asked to renew their membership as soon as possible. Subscriptions are Adults €30, Students/ OAP's €15 & Non Playing Members €20. Payments can be given to Shane Carroll, Membership Officer. New members are very welcome.
