The curtain comes down on the 2008 football season when Clara and Tullamore meet in the U21 FC final at Ferbane on Sunday December 21. Tullamore will be favourites as they dethroned St Michael's at the semi-final stage as recently as last weekend, while Clara have endured a seven-week lay-off since their win over St Patrick's in the penultimate round. The Blues also won the minor title this year so they'll go out on Sunday aiming to bring a nice double back to the county town.
