This weekend being a Bank Holiday weekend, it will be free of fixtures in the senior, intermediate and junior football leagues as agreed between the clubs and Competitions Control Committee when the fixtures calendar for the year was being drawn up at the start of 2012. The next round of matches in all three leagues will be on the Friday, May 11th with a further round on Sunday, May 13th. However two games in the senior football league from the round due to take place on Friday the 11th have been brought forward by agreement between the clubs and were played last night Wednesday, May 2nd with Ballybay at home to Truagh and Carrickmacross away to Monaghan Harps. Two games from the next round of the intermediate football league were similarly brought forward that saw Cremartin at home to Aughnamullen and Toome away at Inniskeen last night Wednesday. The weekend though is not entirely free of action as there is the opening round of matches in the O'Duffy Cup and 4 games in the Crawley Cup, all down for tomorrow evening Friday, May 4th and all at 7:15 p.m..

O'DUFFY CUP.
In the O'Duffy Cup Carrickmacross are at home to Scotstown, Castleblayney travel to Clontibret, Corduff play hosts to Tyholland, Drumhowan are away at Cremartin, Donaghmoyne have home advantage over Killeevan, Doohamlet play hosts to Monaghan Harps, Latton entertain Truagh and Ballybay are away to Magheracloone.

CRAWLEY CUP.
In the Crawley Cup Aghabog home advantage over Fergal O'Hanlon's, Clones are away to Killanny, Sean McDermotts have Inniskeen as visitors and it's a fairly local affair in Toome between themselves and Oram.

Next Tuesday evening, May 8th sees a further round of matches in the minor football league divisions 1, 2 and 3 with all games at 7:30 p.m.. In division 1 Carrickmacross are at home to Scotstown, Killanny travel to Clontibret and Castleblayney are away against Monaghan Harps.
In division 2 Donaghmoyne have home advantage against Latton, Cremartin travel to Emyvale, Truagh have the longest journey of the evening when they travel to Magheracloone and it's a fairly local affair in Threemilehouse between Sean McDermotts and Rock Sarsfields.
In division 3 Blackhill are at home against Doohamlet, St Patrick's are away to Corduff, Inniskeen have home advantage over Cuchulainn Sarsfield's and St Tiarnachs travel to Tyholland.
