The Monaghan team for Sunday's Dr McKenna Cup tie against St Mary's has been announced.

Ireland IRS player Darren Hughes is named at full back with Vinny Corey in front of him at no 6. Paul Finlay mans midfield alongside newcomer Ciaran Daly.

Corner back Carl O'Connell and Thomas O'Neill at wing back are the other players making their debuts.
