The ties that bind

December 30, 2010
Like Truagh Gaels GFC, Coyle Complete Ltd. is an inherent part of everyday life in North Monaghan. Based in Carrickroe, Emyvale, and run by Seamus and Rosemary Coyle, this progressive family business has forged an exceptional reputation in an array of specialist areas over the years. Despite their success, the Coyle family have never forgotten where they come from and they continue to support the local community, particularly the GAA club.

Simply put, Coyle Complete Ltd. is one of Monaghan's most essential indigenous businesses. By providing a host of specialist services - including crash repairs, paintwork, graphics and signage - the company has gone from strength to strength. Coyle's state-of-the-art workshop constitutes a veritable hive of economic activity in a rural part of the Oriel County. Thus, it can be said that Seamus and Rosemary Coyle are flying the Monaghan flag high and proud.
That's not to mention the Truagh Gaels flag! The Coyles are synonymous with the local club, always ready and willing to offer their support in any way possible, including providing sponsorship and serving on various committees. Sons Niall and Aidan play both football and hurling for Gaeil Triucha, while daughters Caitriona, Roisin and Siobhan are involved in camogie and ladies football. Niall, who is a key player in the family business, is also currently active as a juvenile coach and the family are regular visitors to St Mellans Park and local and county football grounds.
Established as a family-run business, Coyle Complete Ltd. has certainly helped put Carrickroe on the map. Seamus started out providing a crash repair and paintwork service to the haulage industry and has since diversified and expanded the operation to include a host of other activities. Today, the range of services offered includes crash repairs, shot blasting, graphics, painting and signage. All types of vehicles can be catered for - from small cars up to buses and 40ft trucks - and a professional, precise and affordable solution is provided at all times with crash repairs remaining at the core of the business, and a 24-hour recovery service also offered.
One of the strengths of Coyle Complete Ltd. is its ideal location, just off the N2 between Monaghan town and Aughnacloy. The premises are clearly signposted and are easily accessed.
Coyle Complete Ltd. has expanded steadily over the years, always maintaining the very highest levels of customer service. As newer and more cost-effective products and techniques have come on stream, the Coyles have always been amongst the first to make these available to their customers. In 2007, for example, they installed two state-of-the-art industrial painting ovens, while the paint store has also been revamped to incorporate the very latest paint-mixing systems and provide customers with the widest range of colours.
In 2007 the Company opened their Graphics Department. The young and vibrant graphics team lead by Niall can meet all requirements of vehicle graphics, indoor and outdoor signage, shop fronts, 3D lettering, business stationery etc. in an economical, modern and reliable manner, giving Coyle Complete Ltd the unique selling point of offering the complete package in a one stop shop.
On the vehicle graphics front, a business vehicle can be enhanced by a small company name or logo, or a full wrap. Existing company logos can be applied or, if required, the team will design a logo or artwork to fit any job. Anything from a small van up to a full fleet of HGVs can be accommodated.
Between the various strands of the business, Coyle Complete Ltd. employs 15 people, which makes it a significant part of the local economy. The Seamus Coyle mark of excellence can be seen far and wide and the company's stellar reputation continues to spread.
In keeping with the Coyle family's strong affinity to the local GAA, signage can also be provided for the surrounds on football pitches and other sporting venues. As keen members, sponsors and supporters of the local club, the family derived tremendous satisfaction from Truagh's fine performances at the top level in 2010, as the Gaels put it up to champions-elect Clontibret in the Monaghan SFC and also preserved their senior league status with a dramatic victory over Carrickmacross on the last day of the season. Gaeil Triucha is an enterprising and enthusiastic club, with tremendous facilities and a hardworking, visionary committee and the team at Coyle Complete Ltd. wishes them - and Monaghan GAA in general - all the best in 2011.
Representing their locality with distinction, Coyle Complete Ltd. and Truagh Gaels have a lot in common. Both performed exceptionally well in 2010 and both are set to reproduce that form in the coming months.
There will always be a strong affinity between the company and the club. Seamus says he is proud of Truagh Gaels GFC and is confident that they possess the requisite spirit, resources and wherewithal to make further progress in 2011. Likewise, with a proven track record accumulated over the past 25 years, Coyle Complete Ltd. has every reason to be optimistic about the future.
