Seniors: We beat Ederney (Fermanagh) last Saturday 2-14 to 0-8 in our last game of the Ulster League. Our team was Ian Treanor; Darren Todd, Niall Feely, Rory Treanor; Niall Coyle, Pauric Treanor, Niall McQuillan; Keith Sheerin, Ronan McKenna; Niall McMeel, Paul Donaghue, Alan McKenna; Gary Meehan, Noel Clerkin, Daniel Finnegan. Subs Used: Mike Treanor for Darren Todd, Ciaran McCarron for Gary Meehan, Ciaran Treanor for & James O'Brien for Alan McKenna.
Reserves B: Our B team won on the road, beating Monaghan Harps 1-8 to 0-3 last Sunday. Our team and scorers were Richard O'Reilly; Darren Todd, Pauric Treanor, Mike Treanor; Paddy McKenna, Justin Halligan, James O'Brien; Ronan McKenna (0-1), Niall McQuillan (1-0); Ciaran Treanor (0-1), Paul Donaghue (0-1, 1f), Alan McKenna; Martin Owens (0-2), Daniel Finnegan (0-2), Ciaran McCarron (0-1). Our next B fixture is at home to Scotstown this Saturday at 4pm.
Reserves C: Our next C fixture is at home to Aughnamullen this Sunday 20th March in St. Mellans at 11am.
Registration: Membership for 2010 is now due at €20. To facilitate anyone who remains to pay their membership for this year, a membership night in St. Mellans is arranged for March 26th. Membership can otherwise be paid to Shane McKenna before 31st March at the club bar or on 087 7999069.
Truagh Emyvale Kings of the Ring: Lets get ready to rumble on the May bank holiday Sunday, 2nd May, where a boxing fun-raiser event is being organised by the Truagh and Emyvale clubs in the Hillgrove hotel. 14 bouts are on offer. Tickets will be available from Easter.
Vodafone GAA Offer: The club in conjunction with Vodafone have signed up to the "support your club" project. In this initiative Vodafone will donate 5% of all your top-ups or monthy bills to the club at no cost to the user. U12s: a2 team are at home to Clones this Saturday 20th March at 12pm. The U12s a1 team are at home to Carrickmacross also on Saturday 20th at 12pm.
Juvenile membership: is now due €10 per child or €20 per family and can be paid to any member of their team management.
Club Lotto: This week's lucky numbers were 4, 8, 15, 23. There was no winner of the jackpot. There were 9 match 3 winners, each receiving €25: Nicholas & Gareth Treanor-Monaghan, Damian Holland-Tyholland, Hugh Pat McGinnity, Dan Khan, Bernie McGeough-Killmageer, Jeremy Treanor-Emyvale, Jono Feely-Carrickroe, Brian +Eoleen Treanor-Dundian Lane (Yearly Ticket) & Mark Counihan (YT). Jackpot for next Sunday is €5,800. Check team is Ursula, Michael & Vincent. The lotto draw is held at 11pm sharp each Sunday night in St. Mellans.

Camogie:
Seniors: training on Tuesdays at 6.30 and Fridays at 7pm. The county blitz takes place this Sunday away to Inniskeen. We will be meeting in St Mellans at 10am. Could you everyone please attend.
Juveniles: Training continues on Saturdays at 11am in Carrickroe. Imelda, Sharon and Emily are on duty this week.
Lucky square: Congratulations to Ann Mc Kenna (P) who was last week's lucky square winner. Please remember to bring €2 to training. There are still some numbers available, so anyone wishing to join can do so with any of the camogie girls. The square is only €2 per week and prize of €50 will be given out each week for the bonus ball!
Hurling:
Under 10: Training continue in Carrickroe community centre on Monday evenings at 6.15pm. Anyone interested in starting are welcome to attend.
Under 14: Training continues this week.
Under 16: Training will be starting this week. First round of league begins in a few weeks.
Seniors: Our seniors had a narrow defeat to Clonduff Gaels in the second round of the Ulster league on Saturday last. Next round is at home this Saturday at 4.30pm. Training continues tonight in Emyvale parish field and next Monday at St.Mellans, both at 8pm.
Ladies Football:
Senior Training: There is no training this week as we are taking part in the Kileavy Sevens Competition on Saturday .We are hoping to enter two teams ,more details next week.
U10/12 Training: Continues on Saturday mornings 12-1pm at St Mellans. It is important that all girls hoping to play football for Community Games try to attend as all information needs to be in this week.
Registration: Registration for all players will commence on Sunday 14th March .Cost for Minors €38.50 and Seniors €48.50 for the year.

Well Done: To all involved from the club with the Senior and Juvenile County Teams who are continuing on their winning ways.
Committee Meeting: The next meeting is on Monday March 22nd at 9pm sharp. Delegates to Co Board for March are Aiden and Eamonn .
Handball:
Hard luck: to Shauna Mc Aree who lost out in the girls U13 Ulster Final on Sunday last, losing 2-15, 15-10, 3-15. Her experience should stand to her next year.
Congratulations: to Ian Treanor and Christopher Mc Kenna(pj) on winning the Nov1 County Doubles Final against John Mc Geough and Sean Clerkin of Bawn on a score line of 21-9, 21-19. Christopher had a mixed week, losing out in the Nov1 league final against Mickey Clerkin of Bawn which went to a tie-breaker.
The Club Doubles finals were played last Thursday evening with Micheal Mc Carron and Micheal Treanor taking the Coalisland Fireplace Title and Christopher Mc Kenna(pj) and Barry Mohan taking the High House title. Well done to all.
All Ireland Semi Finals: No dates have been fixed yet.
Juveniles: We ask all Juveniles to continue attending the coaching for the last few weeks of the season as the summer break will be soon upon us.
