McManus eyes Dublin scalp

Monaghan's Conor McManus
Monaghan ace Conor McManus is hoping his team can pick up a second win in their NFL campaign this Sunday when they travel to Parnell Park to take on joint Division One leaders Dublin.
McManus was one of many Farney men to star in their victory over Tyrone at the weekend and help secure a first pair of points for the county this season.
Now Seamus McEnaney's team will be looking for another win to help maintain their status in the top tier and McManus has the capital men next in his sights.
"This result will definitely give us confidence going forward," McManus told the Irish Daily Mirror.
"It's not easy going to Parnell Park at any time but we'll be going up there looking for another two points and trying to keep our Division One status. We have Dublin, Mayo and Kerry all away and only one game at home (against Derry) but we'll not look past Dublin now.
"Hopefully, we can take two points out of it," the Clontibret man added.
