ScotstownAGM: The Annual General Meeting will be held in the sports complex on Friday 27th November at 8pm.Senior League Final: We wish our senior team the Best of Luck in the Credit Union League Final on Sunday 15th November in Emyvale, where they are up against Ballybay. The game should be a close encounter, considering their previous two meetings within the league, they drew early in the year and then recently as last month Ballybay had a one point win. The game has a 2pm start. So we hope to see a good support for our senior team on Sunday.Spraoi Scor: It was a packed hall in Ardaghey last Friday as the Spraoi Scor competition got underway. This competition is confined to Primary School Kids and credit to Urbleshanny School on putting forward entries. In the quiz team we had Ruairi McKenna, Shane McMahon and Paul Meehan. In the Instrumental group we had Ben Mc Devitt, Aoivhinn & Tara Keenan, Daragh McCague and Jennifer Nugent. Emily Boylan did a Recitation, The Ballad group we had Megan Boyan, Jennifer Nugent, Roisin McNamee, Lauren Mc Clean & Hidi Mc Crudden. Well done to everyone who participated in the Spraoi Scor. Congratulations to Catriona Sherlock on winning in the solo singing.AVON PINK PARTY LADIES NIGHT:In the Scotstown GFC social club there will be an Avon Pink Party Ladies Night on Saturday 14th November at 9pm. It's for a good cause, In support of Avon Breast Cancer Crusade. All Ladies welcome. Defibrillator: A training session in Basic Life Support and the use of the Defibillator will take place on Saturday 14th November in the Sliabh Beagh Hotel. There will two sessions, one in the morning and the second one in the afternoon. The morning session will begin at 9.30am. We need volunteers to take up this important course of training.
