Ulster Minor champions tournament

The St. Paul's club in Belfast will again host this year's minor provincial tournament for the winners of the minor football championship in the nine counties. The draw for the annual competition which is now firmly written into the GAA calendar was made last week and pits Monaghan champions, Scotstown against the Antrim champions, Creggan.
The winners of that game will play either Kilcoo of Down or Glenties from Donegal.
The full draw is:
Preliminary Round - (a) Armagh Harps v Killann Gaels (Cavan), winners v Omagh.
Quarter Finals:
(b) Creggan (Antrim) v Scotstown);
(c) Kilcoo (Down) v Glenties (Donegal);
(d) Dungiven (Derry) v Belcoo (Fermanagh);
(e) Omagh (Tyrone) v (a) winners, Armagh Harps or Killann Gaels (Cavan).
No dates have as yet been announced for the preliminary round or the quarter finals but the semi finals and final have been decided.
The first semi final: winners (b) v winners (c). will be played on Sunday, December 20th and the second semi final will be on Saturday, December 26th between winners (d) v winners (e). The final has been fixed for Friday January 1st 2010. All games will be played at the St Paul's Complex, Shaw's Road, Belfast and all with a 1.30pm throw-in.
