Senior Ladies:

Monaghan LGFA Intermediate Final:

Congratulations to Corduff Senior Ladies on a super win over Donaghmoyne in the Intermediate Championship Semifinal on Sunday last. It was a hard fought encounter with nothing separating the sides at times. Having traded scores in the opening exchanges of the first half the sides went level for the second time on 1-2 each by the 12 minute. However Corduff built up a commanding lead and by the interval led by double scores 2-6 to 1-3. Corduff maintained a comfortable lead for most of the second half but a Donaghmoyne goal on the 20 minute mark narrowed the margin to 3 points Corduff 2-12 Donaghmoyne 3-6 which was narrowed further to the minimum going into the last 5 minutes but Corduff held their nerve and won by a 2 point margin thus booking their place in the Intermediate Final this Friday. Congratulations to the team and management on this victory.

So all roads lead to Inniskeen this Friday evening when Corduff meet O’Neill Shamrocks at 8:30pm in the Final. Corduff Gaels and Ladies would like to extend good luck to the team and the management team of Sean,Gerry and Paraic . As always, we urge all Corduff supporters to make the short trip to Inniskeen to show your support.
