Pressure still on Monaghan

Monaghan's Owen Duffy believes that the pressure hasn't eased following their win over Kerry last Sunday.

This Saturday night, they take on their Ulster neighbours Tyrone in round four of the Division One campaign. Monaghan have four points from their opening three games, which sees them currently lie third in the table.

This should ease the threat of relegation, but Duffy stressed to the Ulster Herald that they need to push on in this highly competitive division.

"I don't think the pressure ever comes off in Division One. Last year, you'd three or four teams bunched up in a group and you just don't know how teams will progress as the league goes on," said Duffy.

"The games are coming thick and fast in the next few weeks and it's just important to get a few more points to take the pressure off."
