Michael O Leary transformed Ryanair from the most obnoxious and unfriendly company to a new image where customer satisfaction is now top of the agenda! This was not an admission that the past was wrong nor did anybody question him about the past.
I feel the Meath County Board know they have to change but are paralysed for fear that this was an admission that the past was wrong and that it was their fault?

Ryanair are still obnoxious...i would rather travel on the back of a camel suffering with explosive diarrhea than travel with Ryanair!

But you do make a good point about the county board!
