Easy win for Donaghmore. 1-10 to 0-3 points. Huge melee at the end of first half. Was a very niggly match but Donaghmore the far better team. The Pats just cannot afford to have players missing as strength in depth is a big problem. Donaghmore full back superb. Was it Corman McGill? Is he not with Meath?

I think the way Don/Ash set their team up it made it very hard for the pats to play football. There was occasions where there was only two St Pats backs marking one forward in the pats own 65 so the fact that it was so crowded made it difficult for the pats to get the ball into the dangermen. Donaghmore played some very good counter attacking football and pats just had no answers. Still at the end of the day it's championship that matters

pats were missing a good few so i wouldnt read a lot in to it,sure ya like to win every time ya play but id rather lose in the league than the championship
