Under 16A Hurling Final Boardsmill  3-10 Dunboyne1-14 Boardsmill put in a scintillating performance in the first half leading by 3-7 1-3. Cathal Flatterry scored a goal as good as ever scored in Kilmessan when he hit the top corner on the run from 21 yards out, Vivian Dwyer and Niall O'Rourke were also on the mark.  Dunboyne battled hard in the second half and made a miraculous recovery to get within a point in the dying minutes before Cathal Flattery pointed to secure victory for Boardsmill. Ray Hatton was exceptional at full book, Cathal Flattery, Niall Weir, Vivian Dwyer, Niall O'Rourke and Cathal Flatterry also performed well for Boardsmill.
