Our U8's team travelled up to GAA Headquarters to take part in the Go Games Croke park experience day which was held on the 14th July.

It was an early start for our excited budding stars, who left Donore at 8am on the team bus kitted out in their new team tracksuits followed by a coach full of very excited supporters.

They took to the pitch at 10am and played a very entertaining match against Naas, showing great skill and composure for their age on such a big occasion.

It was an amazing experience for all the children and mentors who will remember this day for the rest of their lives, each and every one of them did themselves, their families and club very proud.

Our thanks and appreciation go out to the Leinster GAA and Meath County Board for giving the children this opportunity of a lifetime, team sponsor Only1.ie and also to the U8's team coaches Alan Jackson and Niall Craven who along with their team of mentors put great effort and enthusiasm into coaching the children throughout the year.
