The visitors were in charge of this U16 Hurling Shield Play Off from start to finish they were 1-03 to 0-01 ahead after the opening 10 minutes with a goal from Danny Morris and points from Rob McCabe and Conor Dempsey.
Luke Martyn dominated in the centre of defence with Tomas Conroy and Mickey Dowdall holding strong at cornerbacks and somehow Dowdall cleared a goal bound shot off the line after it hit the inside of the post to keep the score 1-05 to 0-06 at halftime.
The second half went the same way with Dunderry keeping the score ticking over with two goals from Morris a goal from Pierse Hickey and points from Cillian Leonard and McCabe, with Martyn and Cillian Conway moping up in centre back and halfback positions and Morris Mark Kane and Alex Walsh causing havoc in attack the home team were held to a goal and Dunderry finished up wining 1-06 to 4-08.
