After a close first half when two late Ian Malone points and and goal from Patrick Farrelly had North Meath 1-7 to 1-3 ahead, a scintalating second half display blew the Brigids/Moylagh combination away.

There was an early goal from Tomas Conlon and some great scores from Malone, Shane McCabe and Daniel Myles while the North Meath defence was led well by Thomas McGrath, Niall Yorke and Adam Farrelly in was very much one way traffic.
