A talk on Meath's Gaelic Football Tradition

Since the foundation of the GAA, Meath has been regarded as one of the strongholds of Gaelic football and to celebrate this rich sporting legacy Meath Heritage Office, as part of the Heritage Week 2010, is organising a talk on 'Meath's Gaelic Football Tradition'.

Michael O'Brien (Local GAA Historian) and Shane O'Brien (Sports Journalist) will discuss the tradition of men's football in the county while Ann Dungan (Meath County Board) will highlight Meath's ladies football tradition. Admission is free of charge.
