Geraghty appointed Na Fianna manager

At the AGM of the Na Fianna club it was confirmed that Graham Geraghty is their new intermediate football manager.
Over forty people attended Na Fianna GAA's Annual General Meeting, held in Rathcore Golf Club last Sunday.
Before proceedings began the Chairman Tom Curran called for a minute silence in memory of the two club officials who died during the past year - Jim Queeney and Charlie Flattery. The meeting heard an account of the development work, involving the upgrading of dressing rooms etc, carried out at the club's facilities in Baconstown over the past year and the plans for similar work in the Enfield facilities in the coming months.
The meeting also heard that Killian Farrell (Edenderry) and Geraghty had been appointed as team trainers for the Senior Hurlers and Intermediate Footballers for the coming year. The following officers were elected for 2009:

Secretary: Sean Downey
Treasurer: James McNally
PRO: Ann Healy
Committee: Geraldine Queeney; Brigie Slevin; Rose Duddy plus a representative from the Ladies Football Committee; the Camogie Committee; the Club Underage Committee; the Adult Hurlers and the Adult Footballers.
